Where has this week gone? i cant believe its been a week since the market. Jenny and i had a lovely day together and really enjoyed ourselves....its such a great venue and the crowds were steady all day....we had a great corner stall right near the back entrance.
Jenny is a whiz at displaying stuff nicely and we had fairy lights and pink baubles as well Lucys wonderful branchy tree.
Hubby made me last minute stand from a copper garden stake from Bunnings for my silk scarves, it worked perfectly....
i had trouble finding something to fit my rings and after we tramped around the shops looking for ideas, i came home and Lucy told me she had exactly what i needed. She lent me her vintage glass box and some black foam rubbery stuff which i concertinered. worked beautifully....
busy busy .....
canvases , snowmen....
and Jennys vintage tags which were absolutely gorgeous...
journals and pendants...
nearly sold out of luminaries :)
Sari Wraps, easy and fun to make using up my left over beads .....would be fun to do lacy, frayee ones too...
button angels on kaiser tree that i picked up cheap as it was damaged. it was damaged some more with the distressing....;)
Jennys wood block girls....
and my scrappy doily brooches, love the packaging, although it takes me longer to package than to make...
i turned some into head clips ,[recognise your bowl Kath ?!]
so what were the big sellers ?....luminaries, pendants, journals and my doily Christmas ornaments...
All in all, it was a great day and i like to thank my family for all their help with displays and doing all the household stuff so i could get on with it...thanks to hubby for feeding us so well on the day too :)
and Jenny, its always fun spending time with you :)

What a feast for the eyes Jen - your stall looks absolutely wonderful! Thanks for sharing all your display tips too x
Fabulous work Jen on a well displayed stall.
I always think that packaging is as important as the item itself-it make a buyer stand up and take notice.
You both did a really good job-well done.
So many beautiful items it's no wonder you have such a great sale! I really love the brooches! I have been wondering if the packaging was worth the time and effort although dirty hands can ruin everything. I can see how packaging is extra important on something white or cream. So many pretties, thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
GORGEOUS YUMMY EYE CANDY!
It really was a wonderful day Jen... love all your gorgeous pics... and of course the bonus was spending the day with you :)

Your stall looked beautiful Jen! I agree with Doreen that the packaging is very important and you have packaged your goodies perfectly. Great way to display your scarves.
Sounds like you had a great day.
